German Landscape Architecture Prize 2011

On 15 September 2011, the 10th competition for the German Landscape Architecture Award came to an end with the presentation of the awards and honours. First prize was awarded to the office Fugmann Janotta Landschaftsarchitektur und Landschaftsentwicklung bdla, Berlin, for the "Park am Nordbahnhof" in Berlin and Birgit Hammer Landschafts.Architektur, Berlin, for the "Schloss Freudenstein - Sanierung und Umbau zum sächsischen Bergarchiv und mineralogische Sammlung" in Freiberg. The Special Prize Residential Environment for the "Redesign of the Schorfheide Quarter" in Berlin Marzahn went to gruppe F Landschaftsarchitekten, Berlin.
